Delete your account

Delete your Top Secret Studio account

You can ask us to delete your Top Secret Studio account and the personal data attached to it at any time. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

How to request deletion

From the app: open Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

From here: email support@topsecretstudio.com.my from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Account deletion request. Sending from your own address is how we confirm the request is really yours.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email address and phone number
• Saved delivery addresses
• Your Beauty Pass points balance, including any unredeemed points
• Your push notification subscription

Your wishlist and recent searches are stored only on your own device, never on our servers. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

What we have to keep

• Completed order and invoice records, which Malaysian tax law requires us to keep
• Discount codes you have already redeemed, until they expire

These records are kept for accounting purposes only and are no longer linked to a customer profile you can sign in to.

How long it takes

Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email. Deletion is permanent — the account cannot be restored afterwards, and any unredeemed Beauty Pass points are lost.
